About PCBA

PCBA is the abbreviation of printed circuit board and assembly, that is to say, PCBA is the whole process of PCB SMT, then dip plug-in.
Note: both SMT and dip are ways to integrate parts on PCB board. The main difference is that SMT does not need to drill holes on PCB board, and in dip, the pin pin pin of parts needs to  inserted into the drilled holes.
With a kind of surface mounting technology (SMT), some small parts can be mounted on PCB board by SMT.
Dip is "plug-in", that is to insert parts on PCB board. It is a kind of plug-in integrated parts when some parts are large in size and not suitable for mounting technology. Its main production processes are: back glue, plug-in, inspection, wave soldering, plate brushing and finished inspection

The difference between PCB and PCBA

 PCB refers to an empty printed circuit board with no parts on it.As can do seen from the above introduction.
